While we all share a passion for creating beautiful, everyday hair, each of us
bringsour own unique specialties to the chair,whether it’s dimensional brunettes,
custom blonde transformations, perfectly
blended extensions, vibrant reds, or
texture services like perms.

Rebecca:

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m the owner of The Blonde Effect, and I’ve built this salon to be the supportive, modern, team-driven environment I always wished existed in the industry. With over a decade behind the chair, I’m known for creating customized blondes and seamless extensions that feel elevated, intentional, and created with the precision and detail that define exceptional results. 

I often work with a co-stylist or stylist in training, so there may be another stylist assisting and working alongside me during your appointment, depending on their level of training.

And if you’re wondering who I am at my core, here’s the vibe:

Hi, I’m Katie! A Manitoba prairie girl turned Okanagan stylist with seven years behind the chair. There’s something about creating the perfect brunette or vibrant red that lights me up creatively, and I love creating colour that reflects your style, your vibe, and the way you want to feel.

When I’m not creating pretty, refreshed hair, you’ll find me:

• Lost in a book
• Loving live music  (concert girlie)
• Exploring a new coffee shop
• Chasing views on every trail (if the view is pretty, I’ll find the trail to it)
• Hanging out with any animal I can find 🐾

Brooke:

Hi, I’m Brooke! I’m all about creating hair that feels current without being high-maintenance. Whether you wear extensions like I do or prefer working with your natural length, I love helping clients find that sweet spot where modern trends meet everyday wearability.

When I'm not installing a fresh set of 22" extensions you'll find me: 

•Probably thinking about boys or my weekend plans.... no in-between
•Chatty, sassy, and mildly unhinged (in the cute way)
•Reality-TV obsessed and not even sorry
•Extensions are my love language

Hi, I’m Naomi! I bring a bubbly, upbeat energy to every appointment and love connecting with clients while creating hair that feels modern and easy to maintain. I’m all about good vibes, great conversation, and helping you walk out feeling confident and refreshed.
