We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice may be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. A card on file or deposit is required for all bookings as no-show protection. Your card is only charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show, and you're welcome to pay for your service with any card or cash.

We offer nano and weft extensions. Our wefts are installed using a hidden bead method for a seamless blend.

We stock some 22" hair in our exclusive T.B.E. brand, and we're always expanding our on-hand inventory. If we need to order hair in for you, we're typically able to book your install within a week.

With proper care, the hair itself will last 8-12 months.

This depends on the type of extension. Nanos are typically moved up every 6 weeks, and wefts every 4-8 weeks.

We're located at 1611 Ellis Street, Kelowna. There's street parking nearby with a 3-hour limit, a lot across the road with a 4-hour limit, and the Chapman Parkade just a few hundred metres away if you need all-day parking.
